Welcome! I am a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis, where I study American racial and ethnic politics and political psychology. My research examines how Black Americans evaluate allyship, representation, and political trust, with particular attention to the the ways in which Black Americans navigate white America. Combining survey experiments and mixed-method approaches, my work speaks to broader questions about race, representation, and democratic inclusion in the United States.
Before joining academia, I taught high school special education at Legal Prep Charter Academy in Chicago. You can support their work here.
